Are you looking to increase your harvesting performance?
The Shelbourne Stripper Header is designed for use with all modern combine harvesters. The header features a full width rearwards rotating stripping rotor equiped with stainless steel fingers. These stripping fingers comb through the crop, strip the grain and leave the rest of the material standing. The main benefit is significantly improved harvesting capacity.
These fronts deliver some unique advantages which assist in reducing many of the variabilities that happen during harvest, giving our customers options and making sure they get their crop off at the right time. THE XCV Range:
Suitable for for harvesting Wheat, Durum, Barley, Oats, Flax and other small grain crops. The range consists of the XCV 42, XCV 36 and XCV32.
Larger capacity combines and larger scale farming in North America, Australia and Eastern Europe has prompted the next generation of stripper header development.
The new machines are called the XCV Range, comprising of 3 machines, the XCV42, XCV36 and XCV32.
All machines incorporate a 3 section stripping rotor and two section auger. New features include a spring loaded pivoting adaptor plate system which when coupled to the spring loaded gauge wheels enables the wider headers to follow ground contours.
The new machines are center mounted making them ideal for Controlled Traffic Farming applications.

“I’ve had guys ring me up and they’ve been able to get another 10 -15 tonnes/hr out of it by adjusting their settings.”
